Description

The term BURMITE refers to the natural amber from the Myanmar northern area (formerly Burma). It is one of the oldest and hardest Amber dating back to the Cretaceous period. Fossils of considerable importance both from the scientific and collecting point of view can be included. (More information)

The specimen has a very well preserved "Hymenoptera" insect with a large number of air bubbles
